At My Vida Origins, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible so you can start enjoying your supplements without delay.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after they are placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during those times will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.
Orders under $99 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
My Vida Origins is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
My Vida Origins is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact our support team and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
