How much should I take?
It all depends on the person and their diet. Ideally, try to reach 350-450 mg of magnesium through your diet and a supplement. 1 dropper provides 100 mg of magnesium. In general it can be taken 1 to 2 times a day. You can take a full dropper, in water or juice at noon and another in the afternoon/evening. This can be done every day.
